As Chief of Staff at The Evanston Group, Christine Luke (Chrissy), serves as an advisor to the president, managing strategic projects and day-to-day priorities. She also works closely with the broader executive team supporting key initiatives that drive vision and strategy.
A leader in spearheading complex projects, Chrissy serves as a key liaison between staff and senior management maintaining efficiency, empowering teams, trouble-shooting issues and improving employee and client experiences.
Always results and service driven, Chrissy’s work on internal and external campaigns builds marketplace awareness and alliances with the company’s clients across the life sciences industry. These companies count on The Evanston Group for critical consulting talent and niche experts essential to research & development, digital transformation systems, regulatory, quality, compliance, and many other groundbreaking initiatives.
Prior to joining The Evanston Group in 2020, Chrissy worked at HCL, as the Operations Manager in the SAP practice. She supported a team of 65 industry leaders and solution architects. She also had responsibility for planning, marketing and events, goal setting, and financial operations. She served as an Alliance Manager strengthening relationships with Fortune 100 companies, SAP partners and sales.
Prior to HCL, Chrissy spent a decade as an Operations Manager at Ingram Micro. There, she led the collaboration among over 100 sales and vendor management staff, directing workflows to ensure projected business goals were met. She also prepared financial and tax statements and reconciled transactions in preparation of a corporate acquisition.
Earlier in her career, Chrissy managed financial reporting, payroll and HR for more than 100 employees at Flexible Foam Products. For WPS Health Insurance, she served as a Customer Experience Representative, delivering to policyholders swift and smooth processing of their medical claims.
Chrissy earned an Associate Degree in Accounting & Business Management from Scottsdale Community College and dual degrees in Accounting & Finance from Madison Area Technical College. Active in the community, Chrissy is a long-time volunteer with Open Arms Outreach and ICAN, two organizations striving to end hunger and eliminate poverty.
