Jill Winters, an industry veteran, rejoined The Evanston Group in August 2020 as Vice President, Sales.  Chartered with driving growth at The Evanston Group, Jill leads a team of Client Partners dedicated to meet the growing service demand from our top global pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences industry clients. Leading through teamwork, digital innovation, and an unwavering commitment to client, employee, and partner relationships, Jill and her team provide top consultants to meet a broad range of client requirements.

Jill brings decades of sales leadership expertise in building and growing national markets, concentrating on life sciences and consulting, digital solutions, healthcare, and consumer products. Leading with her entrepreneurial spirit, Jill's vision is to create a value-based culture of conquering business challenges with a 'winning together' attitude. Her track record has been successfully proven by developing talent and teams through camaraderie while driving them to break records and maximize revenue and profit growth.

Before rejoining The Evanston Group, Jill served as Managing Director at the Advanced Group, where she established and led the HealthTECH Consulting Division. Preceding her original tenure with The Evanston Group,  Jill was inspired to start, build, and grow a national sales organization, within the Mary Kay Company. Focused on positively motivating peers, team-building, educating, and mentoring, Jill continued to break company records.  She developed over ten directors, earned four iconic 'Pink Cadillacs,' has been featured in international publications, and participated in keynote engagements.

Earlier in her career, as Senior Product Development Manager at CVS/Caremark, Jill established partnerships with key companies like Intel and others to develop new cutting-edge technology products and services. She launched and led a handheld-prescribing initiative for physicians to transform the prescription-writing process and patient safety.

Jill began her career with several successful start-ups, forever changing prescription management and drug delivery through automated Rx dispensing and supply machines. The Pyxis Corporation achieved #1 on Inc. Magazine's list of '100 fastest-growing public companies', credited for revolutionizing how controlled and non-controlled medications and supplies are managed.

Jill earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Texas Christian University, achieving status as a National Merit Scholar while serving as the Philanthropy Chair for Delta Gamma. She is passionate about her family, including her husband, two children, and their Siberian Husky.
