As Director of Client Partnership, Justin Snodgrass focuses on building and strengthening The Evanston Group’s relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device companies. With TEG since 2011, Justin is instrumental in delivering the experienced leadership, rapid response, and exactly matched talent these life sciences leaders depend on.
Today, The Evanston Group partners with executives in every cross-functional division within Fortune 500 life sciences corporations. Over the nearly 10 years that he has been with TEG, Justin has helped develop capabilities within many of those areas – Clinical, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs, in particular. Recipient of eight Sales Champion Awards, Justin has a consultative approach that ensures clients get the exact-matched talent they need to accomplish their goals.
Justin also plays an important role in setting up projects to ensure successful delivery. Before a client selects an individual expert or project team, Justin works with the client to define project resourcing requirements, develop job specifications, screen and verify candidates suitability, and facilitate client interviews (our dual interview approach is one of the reasons we’re able to consistently deliver the right fit).
After the client selects the individual expert or project team, Justin facilitates the consultants’ onboarding and provides ongoing consultant management and collaboration. He led the development of a compensation program to incentivize consultants to stay until the successful completion of their projects – essential for delivering the long-term consistency The Evanston Group is known for.
Prior to The Evanston Group, Justin served in business development and client relationship management roles at three Chicago-based companies. During his long tenure at TEG, Justin has remained committed to ongoing professional development. When he’s not helping the world’s most influential life sciences companies quickly find, vet, and recruit exact-matched talent, Justin can be found spending time with his family, including his six-year-old son, William. He enjoys being outside and remains active swimming, skiing (snow and water), hiking, etc. Justin also enjoys trying new foods and traveling.
