Kevin Sheehan is the Operations Manager at The Evanston Group, a life sciences consulting firm providing specialty talent and experienced consultants to top global pharmaceutical, medical device, and other leading companies across the industry.
In his role, Kevin oversees the daily operations related to consulting engagements including contracts with Fortune 500 clients, onboarding of new consultants, and updates to the CRM database. Kevin also trains internal teams on corporate and custom processes and workflows. He works closely with sales, recruiting, finance, procurement and executive leadership. Additionally, he manages the company’s internship program.
Previously, Kevin held the positions of Senior Operations Lead and Sales Support Lead. In this capacity, he built custom reports and dashboards for the CEO, leadership and sales teams. He sourced new sales and recruiting hires and established a pipeline of qualified candidates for all internal departments. Additionally, he coordinated The Evanston Group’s presence and outreach at trade shows, industry summits, client meetings, and internal events.

Prior to joining The Evanston Group in 2017, Kevin began his career in higher education. He spent six years with Purdue University Global (formerly Kaplan), a leader in online education for working adults. He held the roles of Records Auditor, Evaluator and Data Specialist.
He is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, with a B.A. in Theater. Kevin devotes much of his free time to local nonprofit theater companies, volunteering as a marketing and development manager, grant writer, and social media manager.
